It is still defined by a separate tax parcel, although burial restrictions were resolved by a Washington County Court case detailed in Minutes Book YYY, Page 126 and Minutes Book YYY, Page 422. The small parcel is about 43\u2019 X 38\u2019 and is known as Washington County tax parcel is 012-029.01<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">GPS Location: 36.415815, -82.468205<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>DEEDS \u2013<\/strong> <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Deed Book 413, Page 376 (1968) \u2013 Lucy Ford Carr to Holston Land Company. The calls in this deed went around the burial ground.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Deed Book 687, Page 528 (1990) \u2013 Holston Land to Johnson City Chemical.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Roll 246, Image 1277 (2001) Clerk &amp; Master to Johnson City Chemical \u2013 This deed conveyed the vacated parcel after the final judgment in above noted court proceedings. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>BURIALS \u2013<\/strong> The remains of Allen Lee Barnes and his daughter, Eva Barnes Ford were removed to Tri Cities and placed in the family plot at that location. The remains of others were removed to Snyder&#8217;s as unidentified. It was family lore that \u201can unknown Hankel\u201d may have been one of the unidentified.
