The Ferren Family Cemetery is located on the ridge behind 1621 Orleans Street, Johnson City, Tennessee and across the road from Iris Glen Landfill and Bolton Block Company. The cemetery is on the ridge behind the billboard as you look from East Main Street (Elizabethton Highway/ U. S. 321). The cemetery is in good shape with new markers placed for each of the graves except one and a new up-right marker that proclaims “In God’s Care, Ferren Family Cemetery”. After speaking with the resident of 1621 Orleans Street, the new markers and up-right cemetery marker with cemetery name listed was just placed two weeks ago. All 5 graves have flowers on them. One older marker remains near the new marker but evidence of old makers remained and some pieces have been removed and new markers replacing them except for one grave that is marked with bricks.

Driving Directions from Downtown Johnson City: After passing Memorial Park Community Center continue following East Main Street (Elizabethton Highway/ U.
