PETTY, MAYO

I am looking for information on a poorhouse in 1935-1940. My great grandmother Nancy Caroline PETTY MAYO was sent there to die by her family when she became very ill. The children, Benny & Louella, lived in McMinnville and walked out to the poorhouse to visit their mother. I am trying to pinpoint the date of death for my great grandmother so I can send for a death certificate.

RANDOLPH, STANLEY

Andrew James and wife Luanna (Lorianna) Stanley we both to have come from central TN. Their birth dates are c. 1819. They married in TN arount 184l where John T. Randolph was born. From TN they moved to Illinois where Aaron H. was born in 1848. In 1849, in Decatur Iowa Mary E. was born. In 1855 Stanley was born. They moved to Wright County, Mo. where my g-grandmother Sarah Frances was born in May of 1864 about nine months prior to her father's untimely death by Confederate "bushwhackers". I am looking for evidence that they were indeed from Warren County and nformation on their next of kin "parents". As the TN counties were not established prior to the mid-1830's, I wonder if their might be church records to verify their living there. Also, I have been told that A.J. may well be part Cherokee.
