Jesse Garth married second Laura Gibbs, 17 Aug 1882, Warren Co., TN by Robert Keaton, MG and is found in Ellis Co., Texas on the 1900 US Census with Laura. His and Mary's son, Thomas W. is living next door. |

| Ransom Pinckney Womack, born 3 Nov 1808, Rutherford Co., NC, s/o of Abner and Martha Byars Womack, h/o Nancy Burks from The Descendants of Thomas and Louvisa Rice Womack,Oscar B. Womack (Ben Lomond Press, McMinnville, TN, 1970) pp. 17-18. His birth place as indicated on census records for 1850, 1860 and 1880 was Tennessee, but 1870 US Census gives NC. He does appear in the 1880 US Census, Warren Co., TN as a widower. No definite death date has been found for him. We hope when his tombstone is moved, it will give a death date. |

| Richard P. Womack, 3 Oct 1844 - 4 June 1882, s/o R.P. and Nancy Burks Womack. He was not married and is listed as a lawyer in McMinnville in the 1880 US Census. His middle initial is in question at this time. |

| Rowena Womack, 14 Feb 1879 – 12 Dec 1881, d/o Benjamin Franklin and Emma Octavia Smart Womack, granddaughter of Ransom Pinckney and Nancy Burks Womack and George Madison and Ann Waterhouse Smartt. The 12th as the day of her death is in question at the present. |
