I need help in locating the ancestors of John Maberry. The earliest record I have of him is an 1850 marriage license issued in Panola County Texas. The 1860 Texas census states that he was born in Tennessee and his parents were born in Tennessee. I believe there will be a relationship between him and Evans Mabry of Sumner Co. Tenn. John will have been born in Tennessee sometime around 1828.
