A homemaker and farmer, she was the daughter of <strong>Bedford Forest<\/strong> and <strong>Clara Bluhm Kelley<\/strong>, and was preceded in death by her husband, <strong>John Bryan Bess<\/strong> in 1971. She is survived by one sister, <strong>Mary Ann Bugbee<\/strong> of Tullahoma; one half brother, <strong>Billy Kelley<\/strong> of Clarksville; several nieces and nephews. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Services were held Tuesday at High&#8217;s Chapel with Rev. Robert Case officiating. Burial followed at Mt. View Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to First United Methodist Church Ladies Circle #2.
