Wigley<\/strong> officiated and burial was in Trousdale cemetery. <strong>Mrs. Barnes<\/strong>, 71, died at Medical Clinic Friday evening at 7 o&#8217;clock, following an illness of a year.\u00a0 Born December 3, 1881 in Cannon county, Mrs. Barnes was a daughter of <strong>George Espy and Ellen McCuller Espy<\/strong> and she was a member of the Methodist church.\u00a0 She had made her home in McMinnville for several years. Survivors include eight sons, <strong>George W. Earnest, Eara and Raymond Barnes<\/strong>, McMinnville;<strong> John Barnes<\/strong>, Murfreesboro, <strong>Jess Barnes<\/strong>, Ringgold, Ga., and <strong>G. M. (Bill) Barnes<\/strong>, Jasper; Five daughters, <strong>Mrs. Dollie Cunningham<\/strong>, <strong>Miss Elsie Barnes, Mrs. Hursie Elam<\/strong> and <strong>Mrs. Hazel Adcock,<\/strong> McMinnville, and <strong>Mrs. Ruby Simmons<\/strong>, Woodbury. \u00a0Also two sisters, <strong>Mrs. Dollie Mills<\/strong> and <strong>Mrs. Julia Mills<\/strong> McMinnville.
