Barnes<\/strong>, age 10, were conducted at the residence on Nashville highway, near Smithville, Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o&#8217;clock. <strong>John W. High<\/strong> officiated and burial was in Bonham cemetery. The child died at the home of the parents, T.O. and Verona Barnes, Wednesday evening at 11 o&#8217;clock. He had been ill three weeks. Surviving in addition to the parents, are three brothers, <strong>Clarence Barnes<\/strong>, McMinnville, <strong>Jack Barnes<\/strong> Nashville, and <strong>James Barnes<\/strong>, Smithville; three sisters, <strong>Mrs. Bill Hutchins<\/strong>, Nashville, <strong>Barbara and Magdalene Barnes<\/strong>, Smithville. Also the maternal grandmother,<strong> Mrs. Cinda Pack,<\/strong> Nashville.
