Bruce Barnes,<\/strong> native of Irving College community of Warren county, died at his home in Austin, Texas, April 11, following an extended illness.\u00a0 Funeral services and burial took place there.\u00a0 A son of <strong>Isaac and Susanna Hill Barnes<\/strong>, Mr. Barnes had resided in Texas over half a century. He was a practicing attorney and for a number of years was clerk of\u00a0 the Texas Public Service Commission. He was the last surviving member of his mother\u2019s family.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"right\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Southern Standard, McMinnville, TN.
