Burial followed in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. <strong>Banks<\/strong> died Dec. 22 at Centennial Medical Center following a brief\u00a0 illness. A native of Lee County, she was a member of the Prosperity Baptist Church and a retired caretaker at the Webb House in Smithville. She was the daughter of the late <strong>John Thomas and Emma Irene Rains Taylor<\/strong>. Banks is survived by four sons: <strong>Eric Banks<\/strong> of Arkansas, <strong>Mike<\/strong> of Liberty, <strong>Gary<\/strong> of Murfreesboro and <strong>Troy Banks<\/strong> of Woodbury; four brothers: <strong>F<\/strong><\/span><strong style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; color: #000000;\">ranky, Ray, Thomas and David Glover<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000; line-height: 1.714285714;\">\u00a0all of Alabama; four sisters: <strong>Ann Smith<\/strong> and <strong>Patricia Baswell<\/strong> of Alabama, <strong>Earline Talbolt<\/strong> of Mississippi, and <strong>Betty Leonhardt<\/strong> of Texas; and seven grandchildren. Pallbearers were <strong>Charles Banks, Hubert Brown, Donnie Mangum<\/strong>, <strong>Owen Smith, Paul Sanders<\/strong> and <strong>Joe Laboe<\/strong>.
