A native of Sevier county, Tenn., <strong>Mr. Bales<\/strong> was born June 15,1868.\u00a0 His parents were <strong>Samuel Bales and Katherine Hickman Bales.<\/strong>\u00a0 He had resided in Warren county for several years.\u00a0 Survivors are his wife, <strong>Mrs. Nobla Bales<\/strong>; six daughters, <strong>Mrs. John H.
