Death Claims Luther Anderson<\/b><\/p>\n
Luther Nathaniel Anderson<\/strong>, 67, died of a heart attack about 10:30 o’clock Tuesday morning.\u00a0\u00a0 He had started from his home on 106 Cedar Street to a stock sale and became suddenly ill. He went to the home of a Mr. Capshaw<\/strong> nearby and asked if he might lay down for a few minutes that he was ill. He died before reaching the bed. Death was attributed to a heart attack.\u00a0 Mr. Anderson was born in Coffee county August 23,1877 and was the son of Nathaniel Anderson<\/strong> and Sallie Horton Anderson<\/strong>. He resided in McMinnville for a number of years and was a foreman at the plant of the McMinnville Manufacturing company here.\u00a0 Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Joe Lusk<\/strong> Anderson; a son, Homer Anderson<\/strong>; and two daughters, Mrs. Jack Doak<\/strong> and Mrs. Bethel Jones,<\/strong> all of McMinnville.\u00a0 The funeral was held from the chapel of the John W. High Funeral Home at 2 o’clock yesterday afternoon. The services were conducted by the Rev. J. B. Spurlock<\/strong>, pastor of the First Methodist church. Burial was in the Hillsboro Cem.
