Foster Cemetery #2 is located off 19W Spivey Mountain Road at the foot of Spivey Mountain in Unicoi Co., Tennessee.  Take 19W towards Burnsville, NC; make a right onto Willis Cove Road.  This paved road leads steeply downward towards a meadow and farm on the right.  Proceed on road for about .25 miles passing two modern homes.  The pave road ends at the second home and turns into a gravel road heading upwards on a steep hill and over a bridge.  The small cemetery is located on the right, centered in a meadow marked with tree and large boxwoods.
