Indian Chutney2 cups seeded raisins 2 cups chopped green apples 1 cup chopped onion 1/4 tsp. salt 6 med. tomatoes, peeled and quartered 1 1/2# brown sugar 1 pint cider vinegar 4 oz. white mustard seed 2 oz. preserved ginger 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper Combine ingredients.
