Carrot Pudding1 cup raw carrots 1 cup raw potatoes, with 1 tsp. soda added 1 cup currants 1 cup raisins 1 cup suet, chopped or large piece butter 1 cube butter 1 cup sugar 1 cup flour citron if desired different spices chop fine. Steam three hours. Flavor sauce with whiskey. Submitted by Fred Smoot
