Puffs1/2 cup butter 2 Tbsp. sugar 2 eggs 2 cups flour 1 cup milk 3 tsp. baking powder 1 cup raisins, chopped fine spice to taste Steam for 1/2 hour in buttered cups. Fill cups about 1/2 full. This makes 6-8 cups. May cook longer. Serve with any sauce Submitted by Fred Smoot
