Dundee Cake3 eggs, well beaten 6 oz sugar 1/4# butter 3 cups flour 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp. baking powder Cream butter and
sugar. Add a little of egg yolks and beat thoroughly. Have flour and baking
powder sifted and mix fruit into it. Add little flour to egg mixture, beat,
add more egg until all has been used. Add milk and beat again. Fold in
egg white and mix. Put in greased pan and cook slowly for an hour or more.
