Whole Wheat Soy Bean Bread3 cups lukewarm water 2 yeast cakes 2 cups soy bean flour 2 cups 100% whole wheat flour 4 cups white flour 3 level tsp. shortening 2 tbsp. brown sugar for each loaf, 6 total 1 1/2 tsp. salt Soak yeast in warm water. Mix white flour in first, then other flour. Knead 15 minutes. Let rise. Make into 3 loaves. Let rise only once. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Submitted by Fred Smoot |
