Considering the uncertainty of this mortal life I Thomas Taylor of Sumner County and State Tennessee being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory blessed be almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following.
I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Milley Taylor my whole estate both real and personal
during her present life and at her death to be equally divided among my Children whose names
are
as follows John Taylor Polley Taylor James Taylor Elizabeth Flowers Anny Taylor Jarratt Taylor
Jonathan Taylor David Taylor and William Taylor. I hereby appoint my son William Taylor
Executor of this my last will and testament in Witness whereof I have S[...] my hand and seal this
16th day of April 1836.

The last Will and Testament of Thomas Taylor decd was produced in open Court for probate and
was duly proved by the oath of Wrenny Crews one of the Subscribing witnesses thereto which is
ordered to be certified.
