Last will and testament of Thomas Jefferson Austin.
Witnesseth, whereas, I Thomas Jefferson Austin, being of sound mind do this day make the
following last will and testament:
I hereby give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Jane Catherine Austin, all my property, both real
and personal to have and to hold the same during her life. It is my desire that she have the
exclusive control and government of my property for the use and benefit of herself and children.
Furthermore, I desire that at the death of my wife, all my estate, both real and personal shall go to
my children.
