In the fear of God. I Elizabeth Suddarth do make this my last Will and Testament.
1st. I do will and bequeath to my daughter Mary Jane Walton all my land and houses to have and to hold during her natural life then I will it to her children to be equally divided between them.
2nd. I wish Richard E. Magors to have an equal share of my estate with the children of my daughter, Mary Jane Walton at her death.
Made and signed this 3rd. day March 1879.

The last Will (pg 229) and Testament, of Elizabeth Suddarth, deceased, was this day presented in
open Court for probate, and was duly proven by the oaths of J.W. Harrison and B.F. Jameson,
subscribing witnesses thereto, which is received by the Court and ordered to be recorded.
