Holograph Will
Be it known that I, S. R. Doxey of Hendersonville Sumner Co., Tennessee, for and in consideration of the love and affection I have for my nephew, John Leonidas Doxey and my niece Annie Laura Doxey and my second niece Myrtle Frazier, the children and grand child of W. W. and Callie Doxey, I bequeath or give whatever property I have at my death, after my debts are paid, equally divided among the three named individuals, or their bodily heirs, conditioned that should either die without bodily heirs then his or her property thus obtained must revert to the other two or their bodily heirs, and in the event of no bodily heirs or either of the three named individuals, then I desire the property thus given to revert to my next of kin of the Doxey family.
I designate W. W. Doxey my Executor to execute this Will, and if he cannot serve then I
desire the Court to appoint an Executor with a good and sufficient bond, to execute this Will.
If W. W. Doxey acts as, as (repeat JP) my executor, I desire that he should do so without bond.

Sumner County Court June Term June the 23rd 1896.
A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of S. R. Doxey dec'd, was this
day produced in open Court for probate, when the same was duly proven by the oaths of W. S.
Callinder one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, there being no contest, when the same was
ordered recorded as the last Will and Testament of S. R. Doxey dec'd.
