I, T.M. Shadowins do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.
First: I direct that my funeral expenses and all just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any money that I may die possessed of, or may come first into the hands of my Executrix.
Secondly: I give and bequeath to my wife M. J. Shadowins and her heirs by me all the property that I may die possessed of both personal and real.
Lastly: I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife M. J. Shadowins my executrix. In witness
whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal,

I do make and publish the following as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling
(sic) any and all wills by me heretofore at any time made.
To my sister Mrs. Georgiana Guild I give and bequeath all of my property of every kind and
description, real, personal and mixed, except as hereinafter provided.
To my niece, Maria Guild, I give and bequeath all of my silver and jewelry.
To my sisters Mrs. Harriet Ralston and Mrs. Sarah Trimble, I give and bequeath all my wearing
apparel, to be divided equally between them, share and share alike.
It is my will and I do so direct, That the property I received from my nephew George Reid
including the Eusley stock which which was so received, the same being now in the hands of my
nephew, Joe Guild, be used in the erection of a monument over the grave of said George Reid.
I hereby appoint my said sister Mrs. Georgiana Guild, executrix of this my last will and
testament and do not require her to give security.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this the 19th day of June 1896.

recorded as the last will and testament of Miss Susan A. Thompson dec'd. And Mrs. Georgiana

I, A.H. Brinkley do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and
making void all others by me at any time made.
First: I direct that my funeral expenses and all debts be paid as soon after my death as possible
out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor.
Secondly: I give and bequeath to my wife Charlotte Brinkley my entire estate real and personal,
during her widowhood.
Thirdly: If she should marry, then as soon there after as possible my entire estate shall be sold in
a way the majority of the heirs see proper, or think best, and equally divided between her and my
children, she having a childs part.
Lastly: I do hereby nominate and appoint G. A. Brinkley my executor, in witness where of I do to
this my will set my hand this the 6th day of October 1897.

Last Will and testament of Chaney McGee, Made, Feby.1st. 1897.
I, Chaney McGee being of sound mind do devise this instrument as my last will and
testament to - wit:
I give my house and lot on Smith Street in Gallatin Tenn. my household and kitchen furniture
to Peter McGee my husband for the love and affection I have for him, and when I die he is pay all
of my just debts and my burial expenses. I hereby revoke all other wills I may have made.

I, Allen Austin being of sound and perfect mind and memory, do make and publish this my
last will and testament.
First; It is my will that my burial expenses be paid out of any personal property I may die
possessed.
Second; I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Jane O. Austin all of the personal property I may
die possessed of during the term of her natural life.
Third; It is my request that my Grand-Daughter Isa Handaway have all the personal property that
may remain at the death of my wife Jane O. Austin except so much thereof as may be necessary
to pay the expense of her burial.
Fourthly; I bequeath to my sons John A. Austin and Rufus B. Austin each one dollar the reason
of this bequest being so mall(sic) is that I have already made provision to John A. Austin two
hundred and seven acres of land and to Rufus B. Austin one hundred acres of land and over three
hundred dollars in money.
Fifth; All the real estate belonging to me has been conveyed by deed, consequently I make no
disposition of it in this will.
I hereby appoint my beloved wife Jane O. Austin my Executrix without bond.
I hereby revoke all other wills or parts of wills that may have heretofore made by me.
Given under my hand and seal this the 18th day of November 1893.

I, Charles Fulks of 15th District Sumner County Tenn. do hereby make publish and declare this
my last Will and Testament.
1st. I direct my Executors here in after named to pay my funeral expenses and all my just debts
and liabilities and collect all due ma as soon as can conveniently be done after my death.
2nd. I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Fulks during her natural life my home place of 158
acres, and all my horses, cattle, sheep, hogs, fowls, wagon, buggy and all harness, farming
utensils of ever kind and all the produce that may be on my place and should there be any money
left she is to have it, also all my house hold and kitchen furniture of every kind.
3rd. I give bequeath and devise to my son Charles E. Fulks the North end of the tract of land
known as the Bowling land. Beginning at the North West corner, running South with Turnpike to
an East and West cross fence at the end of a pailing fence running East with said cross fence to
John Hester's, West line, 50 acres more or less.
4th. I give bequeath and devise to my daughter Nannie M. Luton and her body heirs my home
place of 158 acres which she is to have after the death of my wife Elizabeth Fulks.
5th. I give bequeath and devise to my daughter Martha J. Payne, children, the South end of the
Bowling place, and that they are to pay what I have paid for them which is a little more than one
hundred and twenty dollars and if not paid by them the land must be sold to pay it.
6th. I give bequeath and devise to my grand children Susan Elks, Madora Hale, Laura Oals,
Thomas Shepard, the tract of land known as the Samuel Hester land, to be equally divided
between them, and that they are to pay three dollars 50 acres more or less.
7th. I give and bequeath to my grand children, James Hale, Charles Hale, Sallie Wilkinson one
dollar to each of them.
8th. I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my wife Elizabeth Fulks my Executrix and my son
Charles E. Fulks Executor of this my last Will and [pg 163] Testament and that they act as such
without giving bond.
In witness whereof I here unto subscribe my name and affix my seal. This the 26th day of
October 1897.
