I, Susan E. Barrow do make and publish this as my last Will and testament, hereby revoking and making null and void all other wills by me at any time made.
Clause First; I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid out of the first money that comes into the hands of my Executor.
Clause Second; I will and bequeath to Martha Sadler wife of Richard Sadler and her heirs my tract of land containing fifty three acres more or less, on which I now live Known as the James Barrow farm, and all of my personal property consisting of household and kitchen furniture and the stock I may die possessed of. Free from the debts, contracts and obligations of her present or any future husbands. I hereby nominate and appoint Richard Sadler my Executor in witness whereof I do to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this Feby. 8th. 1878.

Sumner County Court November Term 1888.
A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and testament of Mrs. Susan E. Barrow, decd,
was this day produced in open Court for probate, when it was proven by the oath of Geo. W.
Schluter one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, the other witness being M. Schluter whose
death is suggested to the Court, whereupon the said paper writing is ordered recorded as said last
[pg 443] Will and Testament of said Susan E. Barrow decd. And Richard Sadler being named in
said Will as Executor thereto, appearing in open Court and accepting the same and in open Court
together with his sureties Geo. W. Schluter and William Gourley? Entered into and acknowledged
their bond payable to the State of Tennessee in the penal sum of One Hundred Dollars
conditioned as the law directs, when the said Richard Sadler as Executor aforesaid was duly
qualified.
