I Edward Sanders being of sound mind do make and ordain this my last will revoking all others. Heretofore made by me:
It is my will that my estate remain together as it now for the purpose of raising and schooling my children at the direction of my wife until they shall _ come of age or marry which ever may first happen - then my estate shall be equally divided between all my children and the one she is now pregnant with, _ as there _ at being and deliver to as they _ become of age or marry. - And whatever I have given to my daughter Polly M. WAGNOR shall be taken into _ in the division and shall be considered as so much of her part of my estate with the exception herein after named. It is my will that my sons Trigg and David (or Daniel?) shall have when they become of age a _ young negro fellow(s?) or their value in cash. To him to each. That my wife shall have two hundred acres of land including the place whereon I now live and laid off on the south part of the tract during her natural life and that she also have the use and p_ , in addition to her childs part during her life, a negro girl by the name of Maria. But if my wife should marry it is then my will that my estate be _ _ _ wife and my children. Share and share alike with the exception before mentioned _ _ . It is my will that my wife Lockey SANDERS, Dr. John P. WAGNOR and James SANDERS act as my Executors in settling my estate and if there in not money enough in hand and _ to pay all my debts my Executors names as discretionary power to sell any part of my real or personal estate as may be most conducive to its interest as will complete said payment.; Examined and signed by my own hand this 29 May 1819 - security is not required of my Executors.
