In the name of God Amen. I, Sally Belote being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me heretofore at any time made.

It is my will and desire that after my death, my house and lot, the same that was willed to me by my husband Robert Belote, situated in the State of Tennessee County of Sumner, Dist. No. near the corporation of Gallatin being the lot my husband bought of Samuel Fisher and known as part of Lot No. 1 and bounded on the East by the town creek, on the South by Mack Robb, on the West by the land dividing my said lot from the lot formerly owned by John Gourley?, and on the North by the lot of Richard Stalker, be the property of my sister, Priscilla Winchester, and I hereby give and bequeath the said house and lot to her, the said Priscilla Winchester for and during her natural life and after her death to be the property of her daughter Queen? Winchester. ( Note, the writing of the name looks like Jueen. The 1880 census has it as Green. per; J.P.)

Witness my hand this the 27th. day of December 1882. (signed) Sally Belote
