I, John L. Saffarrans do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.
I give and bequeath my entire estate both real and personal (however acquired ) to my wife Louisa E. Saffarrans.
I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife Louisa E. Saffarrans, my Executrix and direct that she shall not be required to give bond and security as Executrix.

Signed Sealed and published in our presence, and we have subscribed our names hereto in the presence of the testator.

Sumner County Court April Term 1885.
The last will and testament of J. L. Saffarrans deceased, was this day presented in open Court for
probate
and was duly proven by the oath of Benj F. Allen, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto which
is received
by the Court and ordered to be recorded. Thereupon Louisa E. Saffarrans, the Executrix named in
the will
appeared in open Court and accepted the same, bond and security not being required by the terms
of said
will. The said Louisa E. Saffarrans, as Executrix aforesaid was duly qualified. And the Clerk of
this Court will
issue to said Louisa E. Saffarrans, Letters of Executorship.
