In the name of God, Amen!
I, Richard Bradley of Sumner Co. Tenn. Civil District No. 14 do make and ordain this my
last will and testament.
1st. I direct that my just debts and burial expenses be paid out of any money on hand or from the proceeds of the sale of personal property then on hand.
2nd. I direct that my personal property of every kind be sold, and the proceeds be equally divided between my bodily heirs, O. B. Bradley, Mary C. Simpson, Eliza J. Kirkham and Lizzie B. Troutt, or in case of the death of any of my children, then the sum due each one to go respectively to his or her children.
3rd. I direct that all my real estate be sold to the best advantage, and the proceeds divided as in case of my personal property, and my executor is hereby authorized to sell and make title to the same.
4th. I direct that my executor have placed over my grave tombstones like I have placed over my wifes grave.
5th. I appoint my son O. B. Bradley Executor to this my last will and testament. In testimony
whereof I have this day affixed my name. Aug. 16th 1894.

A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Richard Bradley dec'd, was
this day produced in open Court for probate, when the same was duly proven by the oaths of Jno.
W. Reddick one of the subscribing witnesses thereto there being no contest, when the same was
ordered recorded as said last Will and Testament of Richard Bradley dec'd.
