Sumner County } District No. 6.
Know all men by these presents that I Jonathan Reader have this day bequeth (sic) to my
wife Sallie Reader the home place on the East side of the creek including the spring, Bounded as
follows, on the East by Isaac Bland's heirs, on the North by Jones on the South by E. J. Moore
containing Twenty five acres more or less.
I also bequeath to my granddaughter Louisa Willard to her and her children the remainder of the home place on the West side of the Creek containing 15 acres more or less bounded as follows, on the West by J. b. Grunk, on the South by E. J. Moore, the North J. A. Gardner for them to have and to hold against all lawful claims.

Sumner County Court September Term 1888.
A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Jonathan Reader dec'd, was
this day produced in open Court for probate and duly proven by the oaths of S. L. Bruce and J. H.
Stone, two subscribing witnesses thereto when the same is received by the Court and ordered
recorded as said Will and Testament.
