I Nathaniel S. Anderson of Nashville Tennessee do make and declare this my last will and testament
In the first place I desire that all my just debts be paid.
Secondly
I desire that my negro girl Louisa now at __? Illinois Territory be emancipated and five hundred
dollars appointed to buy her a lot of ground, whereon she may choose to reside.
Item: I give to my Brother Turner K.? (W.?) Anderson my house and lease whereon it stands in Nashville and that the house be immediately furnished at the expense of my estate, also fifteen shares in the Nashville Bank.
Item: I give unto my brother John D. Anderson 15 shares in the Nashville Bank.
Item: I give to my sister Mary Fleming twenty five shares in the branch? bank of Tennessee at Nashville, also my min___? set _? the balance of my estate I _? be equally divided between my brothers and sisters.
Lastly I appoint my trusted friend Gilbert G. Washington and my brother John D. Anderson Executors of this my last will (this area unreadable on my copy) . . . subscribed my name and affix my seal the 22nd day of May in the year 1816.

bond and security in Davidson County where he resides . . . said bond in the Circuit or County
