I, Major W. Mitchell, Sr. being of Sound and perfect mind and and (rpt.) memory, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in Manner and form following.
1st. I request that my burial expenses and all just debts be first paid.
2nd. I give and bequeath to my grandson John E. Hall Fifty dollars in addition to what I have already given to him and his deceased mother, while she was alive, as I have already given to him and his deceased mother Mary E. Hall a sufficient amount to make them equel (sic) to the bequeath I am about to make to my son Henry Franklin Mitchell.
3rd. I give and bequeath to my beloved son Henry Franklin Mitchell all and singular the remainder of my property both both (rpt.) real and personal.
I hereby appoint my beloved son Henry Franklin Mitchell sole executor of this my last will and testament without bond.
Hereby revoking all former Wills by me made at any time. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this the 7th day of April A.D. 1890.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above mentioned Major W. Mitchell to be his last
Will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in
the presence of the Testator.

A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and testament of Major W. Mitchell dec'd,
was this day produced in open Court for probate and duly proven by the oaths of W. N. Warren
and T. W. Wright the subscribing witnesses thereto, when the same was ordered filed and
recorded as said last Will and Testament of Major W. Mitchell dec'd.
