I Joseph Motheral of Sumner County and State of Tennessee being of sound mind . . . to make the following distribution of such worldly goods as a _? God has given me, between my beloved wife and four children.
First
It is my will that all my lawful debts and funeral expenses be paid out of the whole of my estate.
Second
It is my will that my beloved wife have one half of the house wherein we now live, and half of the
Kitchen Furniture, and half of the barn and half of the farm . . . to possess during her natural life,
and
at her decease to give my daughter Polly - also _ ? my beloved wife her one hundred dollars and
one Negro man named Henry and one Negro woman named Pheby and one child named Ron and
their increase . . .

It is my will that my daughter Jane? have the tract of land that I bought of the heirs of
Robert Car___?. . .
Fourth
It is my will that my daughter Polly have the tract of land whereon _ lives . . .

It is my will that all other lands be divided amongst my four children as follows: Anny Robb, to
have one hundred dollars . . . Jane ___ss? to have five hundred dollars . . . Betsy Glover to have

It is my will that all other property be equally divided amongst my four daughters . . . appoint my
