Last Will and Testament of; Mary E. Joyner;
Item 1st - I give give my entire estate real and personal to my daughter, Mrs. Addie Barnes to her sole and separate use free from the control or debts of her present or any future husband.
Item 2nd - I appoint my daughter Mrs. Addie Barnes my Executrix and direct that no bond and security shall be required of her as executrix.
Item 3rd - I revoke all former wills made by me.
This the 6th day of August 1884.

A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Mary E. Joyer deceased
was this day produced in open Court for probate and duly proven by the oath of B. F. Allen one
of the subscribing witnesses thereto, when the same was ordered recorded as the last Will and
Testament of Mary E. Joyner deceased.
