Knowing the certainty of Death and the uncertainty of Life and being desireous to provide for those that is (sic) near and dear to me on Earth I do constitute this my last Will and Testament revoking all others.
1st after I am dead I will that my burial expenses be first paid out of my money belonging to my Estate.
2nd I will that all my debts that I may owe be paid out of any money belonging to my Estate and that enough of my personal property be sold by my wife, Sarah E. Turner, to pay all my debts and expenses that may occur.
3rd I will to my wife, Sarah E. Turner, all my landed or real estate during her widowhood, and should at any time marry again then my land to go to my two children, William T. and Mary R. Turner and any posthumous child that she may give birth to after my death. Likewise I give her all my personal property after my debts is (sic) paid, during her widowhood, and should she at any time marry again then my personal property to revert to my children as my land as provided for in the part of this clause.
