I James Frazor of the County of Sumner and State of Tennessee being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other wills by me at any other time made.

1st. I give my Soul to God who gave it and my body to be Buried in a christian like manner.

2nd. So soon after my death as practicable. I will that all my just debts be paid out of any moneys (sic) that I may have on hand at the time of my death and if not a sufficent (sic) amount of money on hand to pay all my debts my Executor may sell any property to pay them with.

3rd. I will to my wife Ann Frazor all my lands, moneys, stock of all kind, house hold and Kitchen Furniture for her comfortable support and mainteance (sic) during her natural life and at her death she shall be buried in a christian like manner also.

4th. At the death of my wife Ann Frazor, I will all my stock, moneys, house hold and Kitchen furniture to my daughters Lizzie J. Pillow and Sally Z. Frazor to be shared equally with them to do as they may please with and also all my lands to be shared equally with them during their natural life.

In case my daughter Lizzie J. Pillow should die before my daughter Sally Z. Frazor, I will that my son-in-law John A. Pillow shall have all of Lizzie interest of the lands during the life lifetime of Sally Z. Frazor and in case Sally Z. Frazor should die before my daughter Lizzie J. Pillow then Lizzie J. Pillow shall have all the interest of Sally Z. Frazor in said lands and at the death of both of said above [pg 483] named daughters then I will fifty acres of land of the farm I now live on to my son James R. Frazor to be taken off of the North end of the farm including the house and barnes (sic) where I now live and also one half of a tract of land that I own near center point in Sumner County containing about 45 acres to be take off of the North side of said tract of land. The rest of my lands at the death of the above named two daughters I will to my sons W. T. Frazor and John F. Frazor to be shared equally with them.

My daughter Susan Latimer have had about ninety acres of land given her by me heretofore which is more than a Equal share with the rest of the children.

In order to carry out this will I nominate and appoint my son-in-law, John A. Pillow my Executor to wind up my business and pay my debts and in order to do so he is authorized to use any moneys, that I may have on hand at the time of my death or to sell property and pay my debts as soon as possible after my death. I will that he be excused from giving bond as executor of this Will, and I also nominate and appoint my son-in-law John A. Pillow guardian of my daughter Sally Z. Frazor to take charge of her property both personal and real and manage it as he may think best for her. In testimony of which I herewith assign the will this 29th. day of April 1889.

State of Tennessee
Sumner County Court October Term Oct. 22nd. 189? (in the fold of the page. Probably 1890) A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of James Frazor deceased was this day produced in open Court for probate and duly proven by the oath of A. M. Gibson one of the subscribing witnesses thereto when the same is received by the Court and ordered recorded as the said last Will and Testament of James Frazor deceased, and John A Pillow being named in said Will as the Executor thereof appeared in open Court and accepted the same and being excused in said will from giving bond he was duly qualified as said Executor thereof and Letters Testamentary thereof ordered issued to him.
