I James Hart Sumner County and State of Tennessee . . . do make this my last will and testament.
First, I order my wife to have at her own command my home farm her life time with a childs part of all my personal property to dispose of as she thinks proper to any of our children.
Sammy is to have one hundred and sixty acres of land joining the River including the Ferry and all the land I purchased from Thomas Donoho joining the river the . . . Billy and Cyrus to have all my home farm as far south as Sammys line. The lot in Hartsville my mill and all the lands adjoining _ acres on the hill which is to be sold, likewise, the Locks and Wright plantation is to be sold . . . my son Windslor (?) To have four hundred dollars out of sales to be let to interest until he comes to the age of twenty one years . . . to my other sons, My Chambers place I order the widow Hart . . . I charge my Executor to have them _ as some of the legatees are young rather than collect the money . . . my sons Billy and Cyrus to live with their mother
