I, Isham Hudson being of sound mind do will & bequeath all my real estate, to wit;
One tract of land consisting of 37 acres more or less, lying in Civil Dist. No. 3 of said County & State to my wife Hannah to hold during her natural life, at her death the same to be equally divided between my three sons, Ben, Joe, & Albert, the said boys to pay my son Charles the money back, that the said Charles part on the land without interest. The said Ben, Joe & Albert to pay my daughter Mary Douglass ten dollars, also the children of my daughter Nancy (5.00) five dollars. Also to my daughter Eliza Webb the sum of ($1.00) one dollar, also to the children of my daughter Vinie Montgomery children ($5.00) five dollars. Also all my personal property to my wife Hannah to dispose of as she may see fit.
Given under my hand this Jany 13th 1886.

Blakemore subscribing witnesses thereto the same is ordered recorded as said last will &
testament of Isham Hudson dec'd.
