In the name of God Amen. I Hellen S. Towson being of sound and disposing mind and memory, but aware of the uncertain of life do make and publish this my last Will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
I give, bequeath and desire to my beloved son John W. Towson all of my property in whatever it may consist or wherever situated, whether real, personal or mixed, to have absolutely and subject only to the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses.
And I do hereby nominate and appoint my son the said John W. Towson my Executor to this my
last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 12th day
of May 1870.

of us, at her request in her sight and presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed
our names as attesting Witnesses, the day and date above written.

The last Will and testament of Mrs. Hellen S. Towson dec'd was this day produced in open Court
for probate and was duly proved by the oaths of H. C. Rutledge and J. A. Trousdale subscribing
witnesses thereto which is received by the Court and ordered to be recorded.
