I Gabrel Wiley in the name of God amen being of sound mind but in febled(sic) in body do make
this my last will and testament revoking all others by me made.
I bequeath to my wife Hester Wiley my Home including the houses and land upon where I live, the said lands bounded by the land of Benjamin Bond and W. F. Weller, and the Coles Ferry Turn Pike, said to contain Three? and one half acres, the said land and houses to be held by and as the property of my wife the said Hester Wiley during her natural life and at her death it is my desire that the said home? aforesaid go to my unmarried daughters by name, Terrysee and Elizabeth Wiley to be held by them and their heirs and I bequeath to my daughter Saly Hickerson wife of Henry Hickerson one dollar in silver which is to be paid to her as as (no mistake) soon after my death as possible by my wife Hester Wiley.

probate and was duly proven by the oaths of Ashley Wallace, and W. T. Wallace, subscribing
witnesses thereto, which is received by the Court and ordered to be recorded.
