This is my Will
1st. I want my debts paid together with all burial expenses out of the first money coming into the hands of my executor.
2nd. I give my piece of jewelry "Heart & Hand" to Mrs. Nellie Head.
3rd. All the rest of my property whether real, personal or mixed I give to my beloved mother Mrs. Ada P. Gillispie to her sole and separate use to do with as she pleases.
4th. I appoint my friend Wm. Hall my Executor and direct that he act without bond.

A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Robert K. Gillispie dec'd. was
this day produced in open Court for probate, when Wm. Hall, B. D. Bell and H. A. Gillispie
being duly sworn deposed and say they were well acquainted with the hand writing of said
Robert K. Gillispie, and the same was generally known among his acquaintances, and that the
said Will is in the hand-writing of said R. K. Gillispie and that said paper was found in his bank
box in the vault of the First National Bank of Gallatin Tennessee among his valuable papers,
whereupon the same is ordered filed and recorded as said last will and testament of R. K.
Gillispie deceased.
