Know all men by these present that I Elizabeth Rogers of the County of Sumner and State of
Tennessee
_? in consideration of the natural love and affection that the said Elizabeth bears to her mother
and sister. I give one bed, _?, furniture and a parcel of notes supposed to contain one hundred
ninety dollars, one saddle, one Big wheel, and one little wheel. The above named _?. I _? said
Elizabeth also give and bequeath to my Mother during her natural life, and for the doctor to be
paid; and after the death of my Mother for the said property to be equally divided amoung my
four sisters, this day and date _?. I set my hand and seal it being September seventh in year of
our Lord Eighteen hundred and twenty.

The last will and testament of Elizabeth Rogers decd. was produced in Court and duly proved by
the oath of David Combs subscribing witness thereupon and ordained to be recorded and then
bring no Executor named in said will, it is thereupon ordained that James Jackson(?) have letters
of administration with said will named, who together with Archibald Martin (Marlin?)his security
_? into and acknowledged their bond to the governor in the penalty of the _? and _?. Conditioned
as the law directs, and the said James Jackson also took the oath of an administrator as prescribed
by law.
