I, Eliza Haynie of sound mind and disposing memory do make and establish this my last will and testament. I desire that my debts and funeral expenses shall be first paid out of my property and after this is done, I will and bequeath the remainder of my property of whatever character, real or personal to my daughters, Martha Haynie and Frances Hill one fourth.
I will and bequeath to my grand daughter Katie Hill my Cloak and to Francis Hill my daughter my shawl.
I direct that my house and lot on R. R. Avenue be sold, and the proceeds disposed of as above directed.
I nominate and appoint Jas. W. Blackmore as my executor with full power to sell and make title to the house and lot above mentioned to purchasers. The sale to be made when and on what terms he thinks best.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this April 26th 1892.

acquainted signed and acknowledged the above as her will in our presence and requested us to
witness the same, and her signature to the same, which we did in her presence. This April 26th

I hereby revoke the power of sale of my real estate granted to my Executor Jas. W. Blackmore
and authorize my daughters Martha Haynie and Florence Hill to sell the same if they can not
agree about holding it in common. The above will is revoked to this extent and no farther.

Sumner County Court October Term Oct. 4th 1892
A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Eliza Haynie deceased,
was this day produced in open Court for probate and duly proven by the oaths of R. M. Foster,
one of the subscribing witnesses thereto. And also a Codicil thereto was duly proven by the oaths
of J. J. Turner and Solon Banks two of the subscribing witnesses thereto, when said will and
codicil were ordered recorded as said last Will and Testament of Eliza Haynie deceased.
