To whom it may concern. I the undersigned, Sound in mind declare it my will that when it should please the Almighty to take me to himself, I leave to my daughter Alberta P. Weisiger, all my real estate, bank accounts, notes &c to use hold and in all way dispose of as suits her will.
I here name and point to the moneys, land and all mentioned in the memorandum.
Memorandum
Between two and three thousand dollars in Moses Bros. bank in Montgomery, Ala.
Three notes of $500.00 each against Eugene Mahoney & wife.
One lot No. 50, Jefferson St Montgomery, Ala.
Fifty acres of land in Sumner Co. Tenn.
Land in Texas, situated in Cook Co. Texas.
A library of fifteen hundred volumes.
A gold watch and chain.
A gold chain.
Two clocks.
Microscope.

Sumner County Court July Term 1885.
The last Will and Testament of Edward S. Byron, deceased, was this day presented in open Court
for
probate, and was duly proven by the oaths of A. P. Weisiger, and Joe Weisiger,Jr. subscribing
witnesses
thereto which is received by the Court and ordered to be recorded. There being no Executor
named in the
Will. It is ordered by the Court that Wm Weisiger, be appointed Administrator with the Will
annexed of [pg.
326] of (repeat) Edward S. Byron, deceased, thereupon came into open Court said Wm Weisiger,
together
with his sureties Chas R. Head, Jos Weisiger,Jr. & Jos Weisiger,Sr. and entered into and
acknowledged
their bond to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of two thousand dollars conditioned as the
law
requires, and said Wm Weisiger as administrator aforesaid was duly qualified and the Clerk is
ordered to
issue him Letters of Administration.
