March the 15th 1814. I do give and bequeath my estate to my wife _during her life and at her death to be divided amoungest my six youngest children, considering that there _ _ married to have had in proportion. As witness my hand and seal this 15th March 1814.

Sumner County Court May Term 1816
The last will and Testament of James EASLEY decd was produced for probate and the same was duly proved by the oath of James HUNT subscribing witness thereto and there being no executor named in said will it is ordered on motion that the title of administration with said will assessed be granted and delivered to Polly EASLEY, who took the oath prescribed by Law, and together with John BARR her security, entered into and acknowledged this bond to the Governor in the penalty of five hundred dollars conditioned as the Law directs.
