After my deth,(sic) and my wife Rosy Coley deth, (sic) I want all my property equely (sic)
divided between J. F. Coley and J. L. Phillips.
This is my will and my hand and seal.

Sumner County Court February Term February 14th 1896.
A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of William H. Coley dec'd was
this day produced in open Court for probate whereupon came into open Court Burton Perry,
Mark Perry & S. M. Rippy who being duly sworn say, they were well acquainted with William
H. Coley during his life time, and that the hand writing of William H. Coley was generally
known among his acquaintances, that each of them were acquainted with his handwriting also,
and upon examining said paper writing and being duly sworn say that said paper writing and
every part thereof is in the handwriting of said William H. Coley and that the signature thereto is
that of said William H. Coley.
And J. F. Coley being sworn, states said paper or will was found after death among his valuable
papers. Where upon said paper writing was ordered recorded as said last Will and Testament of
William H. Coley, dec'd.
