Last Will and testament of Chaney McGee, Made, Feby. 1st. 1897.
I, Chaney McGee being of sound mind do devise this instrument as my last will and testament to - wit:
I give my house and lot on Smith Street in Gallatin Tenn. my household and kitchen furniture
to Peter McGee my husband for the love and affection I have for him, and when I die he is pay all
of my just debts and my burial expenses. I hereby revoke all other wills I may have made.

each other as her last will and testament.

The last Will and Testament of Chaney McGee dec'd, was this day produced in open Court
for probate, when the same was duly proven by the oath of Jim Mitchener one of the subscribing
witnesses thereto, when it was ordered recorded.
