I, A.M. Turner being of sane mind and considering the uncertainly of life & the certainty of death do make this my last Will and Testament.
Item 1st. There are two thousand dollars of the home place deeded to the five younger children which I wish to stand.
Item 2nd. That all my just debts be paid. It is also my will & wish that my personal real & mixed property remain Just as it is during my wife's lifetime, and after death an equal division of all the property, except one piece of land which lies in Wilson County, Known as the Thompkins tract, that I Will to my only son W. G. Turner. I nominate and appoint my son W. G. Turner sole Executor of my Will.
