In the name of God Amen: I Agness Martin of the County of Sumner and State of Tennessee, being weak of body, but of sound and perfect mind and memory thanks be unto God for the same and knowing that it is appointed for all women once to die, do make this my sole last will and Testament, in manner and form following.
First
Give unto my beloved nephew Jimerson Bandy all my part of this crops my housing and all my
stock of hogs, horses and cattle and the feather beds and _ and one can of Bottles, and then after
my just debts are all paid the residue of my estate I want to be equally divided amongst my
relations of nearest kind and revoking all other wills by me made do make this my sole last will
and Testament.
Signed and sealed and delivered In witness above I have hereunto in the year of our Lord one thousand and _ and twenty.
