I, A.H. Brinkley do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.
First: I direct that my funeral expenses and all debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor.
Secondly: I give and bequeath to my wife Charlotte Brinkley my entire estate real and personal, during her widowhood.
Thirdly: If she should marry, then as soon there after as possible my entire estate shall be sold in a way the majority of the heirs see proper, or think best, and equally divided between her and my children, she having a childs part.
Lastly: I do hereby nominate and appoint G. A. Brinkley my executor, in witness where of I do to
this my will set my hand this the 6th day of October 1897.

The last Will & Testament of A. H. Brinkley dec'd was this day produced in open Court for
probate when the same was duly proven by the oaths of A. J. Warren one of the subscribing
witnesses thereto & there being no contest filed, the same is ordered recorded as the last will &
Testament of said A. H. Brinkley dec'd.
