I A. B. Goostree make this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making null and void, all other Wills by me at any time made.

1st. I direct that at my death, my funeral expenses, and all my other debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any moneys, that I may possessed of may first come into the hands of my executor.

2nd. I desire that after the above mentioned debts are paid, I want my wife M. J. Goostree to have during her natural life all that remains of my estate both real and personal.

3rd. After the death of my wife M. J. Goostree, and her burial expenses and other debts are paid, I direct that my son J. W. Goostree have the place where he now lives and the home place where I reside consisting of about fifty six acres, and that my daughter, Mrs. Bettie Huffman have the place she lives on, and the land lying South & West of the house she lives in, consisting of about twenty acres. And my daughter Dora Patts, the Eliga Lind? place on the South and North of the lane, the line on the West side of the place running North and South being just and passing just East of my daughter Bettie Huffman's yard fence, and contains some thirty five acres.

4th. I hereby appoint and empower my son J. W. Goostree my Executor to carry out, this my last Will and Testament.

Witness my hand to this my will in presence of the subscribing witnesses on the thirteenth day of February one thousand nine hundred and three.

Goostree acknowledged to us that the forgoing is his last Will and Testament, and he signed the same in our presence and at his request, we signed our names as witnesses to said will in his presence, and in the presence of each other.
